• Billing and Documentation: Preparation of monthly/quarterly bills, vouchers, and receipts.
• Financial Records Maintenance: Maintenance of cash book, bank book, and reconciliation of bank statements.
• Ledger Preparation: Creation of general ledger and personal/members ledger.
• Financial Statements: Preparation of receipts & payment accounts, trial balances, income & expenditure statements, and balance sheets for societies.
• Audit Reports: Preparation and organization of audit rectification reports (O form) for committee approval.
• Compliance Filing: Filing and submitting audit reports as required under Section 79(1)(a) for mandatory returns.
